We gladly accept returns within the first 30 days* (from the shipping date). PCGears.com will exchange problematic items or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping your return items. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.
The following conditions must be met for PCGears.com to issue RMA# and process item returns:
-15% ($10.00 minimum) Restocking fee will be charged.
-Original shipping charge is not refundable.
-Please allow 10 business days to process refund.
-No Cross-Shipping. Return items must be received by PCGears.com before any replacement unit can be shipped. Customer can place a seperate order and request Return for Refund to achieve desired effect.
-Please allow 2 business days to ship replacement item by ground delivery
-Customer is solely responsible for shipping the return item(s) to PCGears.com.
-Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
-Customer first submit request RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) by completing online form [here.]
-Upon verifying the return items meet ALL qualifying conditions. RMA approval number and shipping instructions will be emailed to the customer.
-Customer should prominently display the RMA Number on the shipping label of the return package.
-Return items must be received by PCGears.com within 15 days after a RMA Number is issued.
